Josh started his first law firm, Sanford Law Firm, when he had only been a lawyer for a few months, back in 2001. He eventually grew SLF into the nation’s largest wage and hour practice. In 2024, he co-founded EKSM with his friends from Houston with the mission of quickly growing the firm into the largest consumer class action firm in the country, with a focus on data breach cases. Josh has tried countless cases to judges and juries around the country.
